A few months ago I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Athena Bahri of Crystal Reiki Healer. If you're not familiar with Athena, she has a very sweet, informative and popular Instagram page where one can learn a ton about crystals.
We talked about Reiki for Kids, how to support loved ones through cancer treatments (and how to look after the whole family), as well as the value of emotional healing in life. It aired on Athena's weekly Raise Your Vibes show.
