Happy New Year! May all of our heart felt wishes come true this 2015! The Heart's desires are the quickest route to fulfilling our highest good, full of loving-kindness for ourselves and for others.
Whereas our ego consciousness may have to be "careful" what it wishes for, our heart's desires come from the soul, and once we release any internal blocks, they are also quick to manifest.
Meditate on a wish, focus on how it feels, and bring that feeling down to your heart for completion. This simple meditation can open doors that we never knew existed.
